These asymmetrical shoulder dusters are nice and light to wear and are 195mm long including the hook.

Referencing the beautiful,  extint huia bird, these earrings are a reminder of what we have to lose if we do not take care of our treasured endemic birds and their environment. 
The sand cast tags are imprinted on both sides with the huia's latin classification. 
The twelve pearls representing twelve sacred tail feathers.
